Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking.
Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable to a future appointment as long as appointments are rescheduled respectively to policy (72 hours).
Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged a 30% service fee.
No-shows will be will be charged a 100% service fee.
Due to chemicals, breakables + the respect of all clients being serviced in the suite and building— there is a STRICT no child policy. No children are to attend an appointment that is not scheduled for them individually. If you arrive with children in tow, you will need to reschedule and 100% of the service total will be charged.
